The scientific research team includes more than 100 high-level talents, such as doctors and senior engineers. The doctoral research and development personnel account for 10% of the total number of the team, the personnel with middle and senior titles account for 92% of the total number of the team, and the researchers under the age of 45 account for 60%. A research and innovation team of reasonable age structure consisting of academic leaders, key professionals, technicians and engineers has been formed.

More than 40 well-known experts and scholars at home and abroad, including Li Shushen, Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and President of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, were specially invited to gather resources from more than one thousand Chinese and foreign institutions, such as universities, scientific research institutes, key enterprises, associations and societies.

We have carried out extensive technical cooperation and high-end talent training programs with top research and development institutions at home and abroad, such as the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, North China Electric Power University, and colleges and universities. Since 2013, it has been recognized as the International Science and Technology Cooperation Base of Hebei Province (hereinafter called “Base”) by the Science and Technology Department of Hebei Province, and has played a positive role in promoting the expansion of technological opening and cooperation."
